What we collect

When you sign up and book with Cleanwell we collect your mobile number, your name, your email address (if you give one), the addresses where you want us to work, and your booking and payment records.

We collect your device location only when you press “Use my current location” while adding an address. We do not track your location in the background.

Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered on and handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not see or store them.

Why we use it

We use your information to create and manage your bookings, to send you a one-time password (OTP) by SMS when you log in, to deliver the service at your address, and to provide customer support.

Who we share it with

The professional assigned to your booking can see your name, address and booking details so they can reach you and do the work.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We may also disclose information when the law or a government authority requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on secured servers and access is limited to people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the email address below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Some booking and payment records may need to be kept for legal and accounting reasons.

Cookies and local storage

Our website keeps your login tokens in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use them to track you across other sites. Clearing your browser data signs you out.
